We will help you shed a few pounds or get you in the best shape of your life.

Group Adult Fitness is in a coed group environment.  The group training is great for comradery, extra motivation, accountability, positive reenforcement and you are training with people who are going through or have went through the same as you are. 

The types of workouts vary from cardio, full body workouts,  weight training, boxing, outdoor obstacle courses, and many more.  Everything we do is relative to your current physical condition, therefore every workout can be as hard as you make it depending on much you push yourself. 

Group size limited to 12 members.  First come first serve basis.

Memberships are pro-rated first month, then billed on first of each month thereafter. Month-to-Month Memberships renew monthly and are non-refundable.  Notify us of intent to cancel by the 15th of prior month.  Missed training sessions cannot be made up.  Membership are non-transferable.

Open Gym

Paid memberships include access to OPEN GYM every Friday.  See schedule for time and details.
