Success Stories

John Parkins Lost 100 Pounds in Less than 9 Months!

I was miserable and needed help.  In December 2009 I weighed 332 pounds and was barely able to bend down to tie my shoes.  I wanted to lose the weight, but I knew I didn't have the drive to do it by myself.  I needed somebody to push me and help keep my focused and on track.  So that's when I contacted Mike for help.

I explained what I wanted to do and he said that he would help me meet my goals. So I started my Danger Zone journey to better health.

Mike was there for me the entire time.  Pushing me; encouraging me; instructing me and most importantly kicking my butt!  I can't say I enjoyed every minute of it (there was a lot of blood, sweat and tears for sure), but I can't deny that I don't enjoy the results everyday.

With Mike's help I accomplished my goal of losing 100 pounds in 2010 on August 8, 2010.  I stepped on the scale after our Sunday last chance workout and the display read 229 pounds.

Thanks Hammer.  I couldn't have done it without you.
